Pretty, pretty, pretty.  I suspect, but am not sure, this is a cotton/silk voile. Cotton is shown in the materials section, but the description says it's a silk mix.  It looks like a voile, and silk is often used in voile to give it a smoother look and better drape.

The style is just too sweet.  I love the dropped waist casing and drawstrings. It can be left loose to hang straight to mid-calf, or cinched in to create tiers.  And the skirt has a built in slip/lining.  Perfect for hanging out at home, running errands, or going to a party.  My kind of be-whatever-you-want-it-to-be dress.  This Etsy shop, cocoricoo, is described in the profile as a group of young-at-heart designers/makers. The writer stumbles a bit over the English words, but the designs at the shop are definitely multilingual.  This one is $48.00

keep dip chilled and pretty

This two-piece dip chiller bowl is so cool! (No pun intended). You put cold water and/or ice in the large base container. Then sit the bowl of dip or potato salad or whatever on top. I like the added height also because it creates an eye-pleasing additional level on the serving table. This handmade stoneware set is from rzdesign in Evanston, Illinois, and comes in a couple of other colors/glazes. $22.50.

Emil Congdon's Etsy shop, East Nashville Upholstery, has been empty for the past few months.  But he's just reopened with a very nice collection of new products.  He has an interesting assortment of wallets, billfolds, and credit card cases that display his signature style of no-frills classic elegance.  I've selected here a two slot front pocket billfold/credit card case that goes for $15.00
