Heather makes bags: Dice bags, tote bags, and messenger style shoulder bags. I had never seen a dice bag before I visited Heather's Etsy store, Marsbarn Designs. But the game mastering blog Gnome Stew says Heather makes the Ultimate Dice Bag because she thinks of little features that add up to high quality—things like sealing the closure ties
so they don't fray, making the bags a durable (and reversable) two layers, and giving them a square bottom so they can't flop over. That attention to detail is evident in all her products. And all of them are lovely.
The tote bags come in three sizes. All are fully lined, have interior pockets, and are stabilized for strength and form. The messenger bag is roomy enough for those of us who like to carry everything but the kitchen sink. And they have a wide 40" shoulder strap. I like that because you can cross the strap across to the opposite shoulder and rest the bag on a hip to ease the load a bit. Her bags run the gamut from classic to colorful to whimsical to stylishly chic. Most are made of cotton, some of polyester brocade. All are machine washable. Prices Range from $12.00 - $45.00.

P.S. It seems to me that a freestanding bag (reversable no less) that measures four inches square on the bottom and stands five inches tall can certainly be used for more than transporting dice. I think its a perfect size to carry jewelry, cosmetics or other small items for travel.
Update: Heather got in touch and said the dice bags are a perfect size to hold a ball of yarn while knitting or crocheting. Just feed the yarn out through the cinched top. This keeps it clean and stops it from rolling (and being attacked by your cat).
